Wellbeing Team

The Wellbeing Support Team is committed to the Public Service offering assistance with and not limited to;

• Mental Health First Aid
• Stress Resilience in the workplace
• Front Line Resilience Management (FRM)
• Active Listening & Communication Skills
• Self-care/Wellbeing
• Stress Debriefing
• Bereavement & Loss

In keeping with the holistic approach to officer wellbeing and good mental health, the Wellbeing Support Team will not get involved in, nor does it have administrative decision making powers in respect of transfer requests, pay claims and other matters concerning industrial relations/disputes.
