Training and Development Team
The Human Resources Department aims to ensure the continuous development of staff members. The Department’s Training and Development Team work closely with training providers based locally and abroad, to arrange the delivery of wide ranging training courses across the Civil Service and the Gibraltar Health Authority. The Team also monitor the training needs of our staff members and deliver a Training Prospectus on an annual basis, offering staff a wide range of courses, which include accredited courses delivered online or face to face. In-house training across departments is also offered to staff where possible.
