Conduct and Investigations Team
The Employee Conduct and Investigation Team offers support to all Government Departments and the Gibraltar Health Authority, on matters of employee conduct and performance. The Team also make the necessary arrangements for internal administrative investigations to be carried out and conduct hearings on disciplinary matters where necessary.
The team, who work closely with the Public Service Commission and the Human Resource Department’s Legal Counsel, aims to provide managers across our wide ranging services with the tools to ensure members of staff maintain the professional standards expected of public servants and guarantee a level of accountability in cases where these standards may not be met.
