Government Planning Application Notices
Under the Town Planning Act 2018, certain categories of development are subject to public participation. Where the Government proposes development falling within those categories, notice of the application must be published electronically.
The notices published by the Government in respect of applications submitted to the Development and Planning Commission are listed below.
