TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF DATA CENTRE HOSTING SERVICES

2. 2. M. Government of Gibraltar is inviting bids for the provision of Data Centre Hosting Services as detailed in the tender documents.

(a)          CPV No: 72000000 – IT services: consulting software development Internet and support.

(b)         Place of delivery: Gibraltar - GI

3. Variants will not be accepted.

4. Minimum time frame during which tenderer must maintain the tender: 120 days

5. Award Criteria – The most economically advantageous tender in terms of the criteria stated in the tender documents.

7. All communications, including information requested in the tender documents, must be submitted in English. Where information is provided in another language, this shall be accompanied by a translation into English.

8. Any contract will be subject to the Law of Gibraltar and the Contracting Authority does not bind itself to accepting the lowest or any tender.
