WELLINGTON FRONT UPPER PROMENARDE COMMUNITY USE

Gibraltar Cultural Services (GCS), on behalf of the Ministry of Culture, has introduced a new permit and booking system for the use of the outdoor area at Wellington Front Upper Promenade. This replaces all previous applications and informal booking arrangements, with effect from 1st September 2025.
