VACANCY FOR SENIOR PROFESSIONAL & TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (SPTO) (STRUCTURAL ENGINEER) – DEPARTMENT OF TOWN PLANNING AND BUILDING CONTROL
The Government of Gibraltar invites applications for the post of Senior Professional & Technology Officer (SPTO) (Structural Engineer) in the Department of Town Planning and Building Control. Applicants must, by virtue of their citizenship, be entitled to take up employment in Gibraltar and are, or on employment will be, resident in Gibraltar.
- Applicants must possess a Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering or an equivalent and relevant qualification, together with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in structural/civil engineering design and construction.
- In addition, applicants must have Chartered Engineer Status or actively working towards this.
- The appointment is on contract terms, initially for three years and the salary ranges from £45,924 to £58,964.
