HM Government of Gibraltar invites applications for the post of Crown Counsel in the Government Law Offices, Office of Criminal Prosecution and Litigation, from members of the public who hold the right of abode in Gibraltar (i.e. in possession of a Gibraltar red ID card).
Applicants must be a Barrister or Solicitor entitled to practice in Gibraltar and have relevant practical experience in the legal profession.
The post is on contract terms for an initial period of three years and thereafter renewable based on performance.
The salary of the post ranges from £40,063 to £91,941 per annum.

Additionally, completed Royal Gibraltar Police vetting forms, copy of identification and proof of address, must be submitted with your application form by the closing date. Furthermore, as part of the interview process, applicants will be required to deliver a ten-minute presentation on the following topic:
“The role of the prosecutor in a small community like Gibraltar.”
