Vacancies for Statistics Officer Level 2


The Government of Gibraltar invites applications for the post of Statistics Officer Level 2 at the Statistics Office. Applicants must, by virtue of their citizenship, be entitled to take up employment in Gibraltar and are, or on employment will be, resident in Gibraltar.

Applicants must possess:

i. A degree in Statistics or Mathematics or equivalent qualification or higher or;

ii. A degree in Economics or Business Studies or equivalent or higher qualification or;

iii. A Higher Certificate from (The Royal Statistical Society) or equivalent.

The salary for the Statistics Officer Level 2 post will be payable at the rate of £34,414 in the salary scale £34,414; £34,811; £38,286; £39,773; £40,547; £41,332; £42,137, £42,937; £44,687.

Application forms along with copies of qualification certificates should be submitted to the Department of Personnel & Development via email to recruitment@gibraltar.gov.gi by no later than Monday 28 October 2024.

Additionally, completed Royal Gibraltar Police vetting forms, along with copies of identification and proof of address, must be submitted with your application form by the closing date.
