Vacancies for IT Officer Level 1 – Information Technology and Logistics Department

 

The Government of Gibraltar invites applications for the post of IT Officer Level 1 in the Information Technology and Logistics Department. Applicants must, by virtue of their citizenship, be entitled to take up employment in Gibraltar, and are, or on employment will be, resident in Gibraltar.

 

Candidates must possess a BSc (Hons) Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. They must be fluent in the following programming technologies and platforms: .Net, SQL, Apache, and Oracle. In addition, a strong familiarity with working in a Windows environment, TCP/IP networking, and Linux systems is highly desirable.

 

Salary will be payable at the rate of £34,414 in the salary range from £34,414 to £44,676.
