Tenders are invited for the sale of the property known as 8-12 Danino’s Ramp, Gibraltar for residential purposes. It is a two-storey building with a front and rear patio and is accessible via Willis’s Road and Arengo’s Palace Lane.

Tuesday 27^th June 2023 between 1.00pm and 2.00pm

Evidence of financial resources of the applicants to undertake the refurbishment will be required with submission of tender.

Completed tenders clearly marked “TENDER FOR THE SALE & REFURBISHMENT OF 8-12 DANINO’S RAMP” should be submitted, sealed and addressed to HM GoG and must be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the offices of Land Property Services Limited NOT LATER THAN NOON ON FRIDAY 7^TH JULY 2023. Envelopes will remain sealed until after the closing date. HM GoG reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.

Applications to be submitted in hardcopy and in PDF format via USB drive.

Tenders delivered after the specified time and date will NOT be considered.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender and may accept any tender in part.
