Tenders are invited for the sale of a flat at Waterport Terraces, Gibraltar. The address of the flat is Flat 2, Rock Rose House, Waterport Terraces, and consists of a three-bedroom flat together with an allocated car parking space.  The flat is being sold by way of tender with a reserve price of £300,000.00 (i.e., any tender submission must be for a sum higher than the reserve price).

  Viewings will take place on:                Wednesday 16^th November between 1:00pm and 2:00pm

Wednesday 23^rd November between 12:00pm and 1:00pm

Completed tenders clearly marked “TENDER FOR FLAT 2, ROCK ROSE HOUSE, WATERPORT TERRACES” should be submitted, sealed and deposited in the Tender Box situated at the offices of Land Property Services Limited NOT LATER THAN NOON ON FRIDAY 2^ND DECEMBER 2022. Envelopes will remain sealed until after the closing date. HM GoG reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.

Applications to be submitted in hardcopy and in PDF format via USB drive.

Tenders delivered after the specified time and date will NOT be considered.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender and may accept any tender in part.
