2. HM Government of Gibraltar invites tenders for the evaluation of the existing Development Plan; collection and analysis of relevant data from a variety of sources; preparation of a new Plan from draft stage through to final adoption (including presentation of the draft Plan for public exhibition and analysis of representations received).

Interested parties will need to register their interest, complete and submit their responses via HM Government of Gibraltar's Supplier Network Portal https://hmgogsupplier.gibraltar.gov.gi

3. Variants will not be accepted.

4. Minimum time frame during which tenderer must maintain the tender: 120 days

5. Award Criteria – The most economically advantageous tender in terms of the criteria stated in the tender documents.

7. All communications, including information requested in the tender documents, must be submitted in English. Where information is provided in another language, this shall be accompanied by a translation into English.

8. Any contract will be subject to the Law of Gibraltar and the Authority does not bind itself to accepting the lowest or any tender.
