TENDER FOR GARAGE AT 26F ROSIA ROAD, GIBRALTAR
His Majesty’s Government of Gibraltar (HMGoG) invites Tenders for the use of a domestic garage situated at 26F Rosia Road, Gibraltar. Individuals are invited to bid the cash premium which they are willing to pay for the use of the garage for the parking of private vehicles only, which will then be regularised on licence terms at a fee of £50 per month. The successful applicant(s) will be required to cover all costs of repair and maintenance. Applicants must be residents of the designated residential Zone 3 catchment area as per the HMGoG “Sustainable Traffic, Transport and Parking Plan”.
Applicants are required to provide proof of residence at their residential address by way of a copy of their ID card and a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months.
Viewings will take place on: Tuesday 30th January between 12.00pm and 1.00pm
Thursday 1st February between 1.00pm and 2.00pm

Evidence of applicants’ financial resources to pay the premium and undertake the refurbishment will be required with submission of tender.
Completed tenders clearly marked “TENDER FOR GARAGE AT 26F ROSIA ROAD” should be submitted, sealed and addressed to HM GoG and must be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the offices of Land Property Services Limited NOT LATER THAN NOON ON FRIDAY 23RD FEBRUARY 2024. Envelopes will remain sealed until after the closing date. HM GoG reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.
Applications to be submitted in hardcopy only.
Tenders delivered after the specified time and date will NOT be considered.
