Science Week at St Bernard’s Lower Primary School was a huge success! The children were fully immersed in a range of exciting, hands-on experiments that sparked curiosity and awe throughout the week. The buzz of excitement could be felt across the school as pupils eagerly used their enquiry and investigative skills to explore scientific concepts.
Experiments ranged from making volcanoes, bouncy eggs, marshmallow slime, lava lamps, soap towers and many more. A highlight of the week was 'Future Einsteins Day,' where all children and staff dressed up as scientists, truly embracing the spirit of discovery. We were also thrilled to welcome pupils and teachers from Bayside School, who amazed us with fascinating experiments and demonstrations.
It was a fantastic week filled with learning, creativity, and curiosity – inspiring the next generation of scientists!
