His Majesty’s Government of Gibraltar (HMGoG) invites applications for purchase from Gibraltar residents interested in purchasing a private covered parking space situated at the ground level of Eastern Beach Car Park.

CONDITIONS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- The parking spaces are being sold for the parking of a single personal registered vehicle (including mopeds / motorbikes) which do not extend beyond the boundaries of the parking bay.
- Preference will be given to applicants with a residential address in closest proximity to the relevant site. Multiple parking allocations to the same individual(s) or to the same household will not be permitted.
- Should the total number of applicants exceed total availability, allocations may be conducted by way of a draw.
- The successful applicants will be required to sign a 99-year lease which will form the basis of the agreement between the Lessor and Lessee and will further include the following conditions:
- Sublettings will not be permitted.
- Assignments will be permitted subject to any assignee meeting the same criteria as original applicants.
- Permitted use is exclusively for the parking of personal registered vehicles which do not extend beyond the boundaries of the parking space. Commercial vehicles are not
- Service Charges will be payable to cover (for example, but not limited to) cleaning and general maintenance costs. The amount payable will be the same for each car parking space.
- The successful applicant(s) will be required to cover their own legal costs for the transaction and the registration of all relevant documentation.
- Proof of residency will have to be provided by all successful applicants prior to payment of a deposit (including but not necessarily limited to copies of ID cards and utility bills).
- The parking level will shortly be open to the general public for the summer season only, and viewings can be carried out during this time.

Copies of Application Forms can be collected from the offices of Land Property Service Limited, or downloaded from www.lps.gi/tenders.
Application forms should be completed in full with all the required information. Incomplete application forms will not be considered.
Application forms are to be handed in at the offices of Land Property Services Limited, 3rd Floor, Suite 6B Leanse Place, 50 Town Range, Gibraltar, not later than noon on Friday 4th July 2025. HMGoG reserves the right to reject any or all applications.
