PROPERTIES AT FLAT BASTION ROAD, GIBRALTAR
The Government invites offers for the purchase of 16 Flat Bastion Road and 27 Flat Bastion Road as separate residential properties.
A site plan showing the location of both properties (for identification purposes only) is available within the tender packages.
Viewings will take place on: Thursday 10th November 2022 between 12.00pm and 1.00pm
Tuesday 15th November 2022 between 1.00pm and 2.00pm
Thursday 17th November 2022 between 12.00pm and 1.00pm
Further details, terms and conditions of tender and tender documents can be obtained from Land Property Services Limited, Suite 6B (3rd Floor), Leanse Place, 50 Town Range, Gibraltar. Alternatively, please visit our website (www.lps.gi/tenders) to download a copy of the tender documents.
Evidence of financial resources of the applicants to undertake the refurbishment will be required with submission of tender.
Completed tenders clearly marked “TENDER FOR THE SALE & REFURBISHMENT OF 16 FLAT BASTION ROAD” and/or “TENDER FOR THE SALE & REFURBISHMENT OF 27 FLAT BASTION ROAD” should be submitted, sealed and addressed to HM GoG and must be deposited in their respective Tender Boxes situated at the offices of Land Property Services Limited NOT LATER THAN NOON ON FRIDAY 25TH NOVEMBER 2022. Envelopes will remain sealed until after the closing date. HM GoG reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.
Applications to be submitted in hardcopy and in PDF format via USB drive.
Tenders delivered after the specified time and date will NOT be considered.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender and may accept any tender in part.
