Negligence claim payment of £10m settlement already debated in Parliament - 538/2025

The Government has explained in Parliament that it had advanced the £10 million due in respect of a Court Order for settlement of a negligence case against the Care Agency from a Government company.
The Chief Minister further disclosed during the Budget Debate that the sum of £6 million was already paid back to this Government company.
This was included in the Chief Minister's speech at paragraph 409.
