Minister for Justice, Trade and Industry, Nigel Feetham KC MP, met with the newly appointed Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (GRA) Board members Francis Carreras and Charles Bottaro, alongside CEO John Paul Rodriguez. Minister Feetham welcomed the new members and led a discussion on leveraging AI and smart contracts to keep Gibraltar at the forefront of global innovation.

The meeting explored initiatives like blockchain focused regulatory frameworks, underscoring the GRA’s existing role in overseeing electronic communications, data protection and cybersecurity.
