A vacancy for a Junior Political Officer will arise in Gibraltar House, London, through Gibraltar Strand Management Ltd.

The intention is that the successful applicant should be in post as soon as possible in order to allow them to experience working at the UK party conferences which start in September.

It will be an advantage, though not essential, that the successful applicant is educated to degree level in a relevant subject area.

It is a requirement that the successful applicant makes their own arrangements to live in London at the point of taking up employment.

The salary will be based on GDC Grade II scale depending on qualifications and experience.

The successful applicant will be engaged on a three month trial basis followed by a two year contract.
