HM Government of Gibraltar’s Housing Department would like to inform all of our clients that our office’s public counters, situated at Unit 79-80 Harbours Walk, New Harbours will be closed as from Monday 23rd March 2020 until further notice.

All of the Housing Department services will now only be undertaken via email, online using the e-gov portal, telephone or by postal mail.

All payments of rent are to be conducted via standing order or via the online platform as no cash or cheques can be accepted.

Report for works

All reports for works to be carried out to your flat, should only be made if they are urgent in nature. These should be made via email to reports@gibraltar.gov.gi
