Government will provide full explanation of the due process followed in procurement cases unfairly singled out by former Principal Auditor - 522/2025

The Government notes with concern the four cases singled out in the report of the former Principal Auditor in which it is alleged that proper procurement procedures were not followed.
Due to the serious nature of these accusations, the Government will provide a considered response to each of them in turn, in order to provide the public with a full, contextualised and transparent explanation of the due processes adhered to in each case.
The Government is proud of all of these projects, which each represent a significant investment in modernising Gibraltar’s infrastructure and public services.
