The Government is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the 2024/2025 Public Service Training Cycle, a key initiative under its policy to enhance the public sector.

The Department of Personnel and Development’s Training & Strategic Development Team provided nearly 8,500 training opportunities to Public Servants across a wide array of critical subjects.

The comprehensive training program offered courses in:

• HMGoG Policy
• Leadership & Management
• Health & Safety
• Well-being
• Equality
• Administrative Skills
• Information Technology

To highlight the cycle’s achievements, the Training & Strategic Development Team has produced a detailed ‘Wrap-Up Booklet,’ showcasing employee attendance and engagement.
