Gibraltar Tourist Board shortlisted in the Travel Trade Gazette Annual Awards - 478/2026

The Gibraltar Tourist Board has been shortlisted in the ‘Destination For Change’ category of the annual Travel Industry Awards by TTG, which will be held in London in September. Gibraltar is one of 9 finalists joining an illustrious list including Spain, Malta, Turkiye, Jamaica and The Netherlands
The Travel Industry Awards recognise the best businesses, brands and individuals across the UK travel industry, celebrating those who have demonstrated outstanding performance over the past year in innovation, service and commitment to supporting travel agents and travel sector, building a smarter, better, fairer industry.
Finalists in the 'Destination for Change' category, which is new for 2026, have been selected for their approach and vision towards responsible tourism and sustainable growth.
This is the 3rd award nomination for the 'Visit Gibraltar' brand in the past 12 months and follows earlier nominations this year at the Travel Weekly Globe Awards and recognition in the Silver category at the AITO 50th Anniversary awards in April.
The Gibraltar Tourist Board is extremely proud to be nominated at such a widely recognised event as it illustrates their commitment to UK travel agents and the work being done to build strong relationships within the travel industry at this vital junction in Gibraltar’s history.
