Registered Event Planners

For Approved Use of Parasol Hall – The Mount, Gibraltar

The Ministry for Culture, on behalf of Her Majesty’s Government of Gibraltar (HMGoG), invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and registered Event Planners to be included on an approved list for the delivery of events at Parasol Hall, The Mount, Gibraltar.

Approved Event Organisers will be eligible to coordinate events at this prestigious heritage venue and will act as the principal liaison between the Ministry for Culture (Client Organisation) and the sites Facilities Management to ensure the highest standards of professionalism, heritage protection, and customer satisfaction.

Venue Overview

Parasol Hall at The Mount is a heritage-designated site of exceptional architectural and environmental significance. Its historic fabric, landscaped gardens, and protected setting require specialist event management that prioritises conservation and environmental stewardship.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be registered and legally established Event Planners.
• Demonstrate experience delivering events in heritage or sensitive environments.
• Hold appropriate public liability insurance.
• Provide evidence of health & safety compliance.
• Supply references and event project examples.

1. Company profile and registration details
2. Evidence of relevant experience
3. Insurance certificates
4. Outline of heritage event management approach
5. Health & Safety policy summary
