Expression of Interest – Use of ARP Premises for Private Rentals 

The Government of Gibraltar invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the lease and use of the ARP premises- Line Wall Road

Key Terms:

• Proposed premium per month for 883 square feet payable to HMGOG
• The tenant will be responsible for all refurbishment works of a total 1,388.5 square feet at their own cost
• The tenant will also assume ongoing maintenance responsibilities
• Once refurbished, the ARP premises 883 quare feet may be used for private rental purposes in line with statutory and regulatory requirements

EOI Submissions Should Include:

1. Proposed rental terms and premium.
2. An outline of proposed refurbishment works, including indicative timelines and costs
3. Details of experience or capacity to manage the premises for private rental use.

This EOI does not constitute a commitment by Government to proceed to a full tender or to award a lease. It is intended to identify interested and capable parties prior to any formal procurement process.
