Her Majesty’s Government of Gibraltar (HMGoG) invites expressions of interest from interested parties for the provision of electric vehicle charging points. 

Interested parties’ expressions of interest should include details of the proposals, including preliminary layout plans and sketches.  HMGoG will consider proposals from interested parties in relation to sites on the public highway.  Applicants should include an indication of the type of charging point proposed, including suggested locations.  Proposals  are also to include the following information with their submission: (i) A business plan; (ii) information on the cost of the proposal; (iii) Environmental credentials; (iv) Evidence of financial resources.

These should be marked “Electric Vehicle Charging Points  Expressions of Interest” and submitted sealed and addressed to HM Government of Gibraltar and deposited in the Expressions of Interest Box situated at the offices of the Department of the Environment and Climate Change, 1b Leanse Place, 50 Town Range, Gibraltar, not later than noon on Friday 16th August 2019. Envelopes will remain sealed until after the closing date. HMGoG reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.
