Conferment of the Freedom of the City of Gibraltar upon Sir Robert Neill KC (Hon) FRSA
The Honorary Freedom of the City of Gibraltar will be conferred upon Sir Robert Neill. The conferment was moved by the Chief Minister, the Hon Fabian Picardo KC MP, and was unanimously approved at the Session of Parliament held on 29th November 2024.
The ceremony will take place at Mayor’s Parlour, City Hall, on 8th September 2025 at 7pm. The Conferment will be carried out by the Deputy Mayor of Gibraltar, Mr Nicholas Guerrero.
