In order to allow a contractor to carry out excavation works for AquaGib to lay new service pipes, the following traffic arrangements will be implemented.

Tankerville Road will be closed off to traffic as from 9:30am on Monday 6 May 2024 for a period not exceeding 3 weeks. During this time, Castle Road and Willis’s Road will be converted into a two-way traffic flow system, controlled by operatives with a Stop & Go system. Temporary traffic lights will be operational during silent hours.  On-street parking will also be temporarily suspended at strategic locations.

Temporary road works and diversion signs will be placed informing drivers of the works ahead.

The Government would like to take this opportunity to apologise to the general public for any inconvenience that these works may cause to them.
