His Majesty’s Government of Gibraltar (HMGoG) is inviting tenders for the sale of a property at Europa Walks Estate, Gibraltar for residential purposes. The property consists of a three-bedroom house together with an allocated car parking space. The property is being sold by way of tender with a reserve price of £400,000.00 (i.e., any tender submission must be for a sum higher than the reserve price).

  Viewings will take place on:                Tuesday 29^th October between 1:00pm and 2:00pm

Thursday 7^th November between 12:00pm and 1:00pm

Tuesday 12^th November between 1:00pm and 2:00pm

Envelopes will remain sealed until after the closing date. HMGoG reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.
