Tenders are invited for the sale of a flat at Trafalgar Heights, Gibraltar. The address of the flat is Flat 1, Trafalgar Heights, 50 Europa Road and consists of a three-bedroom flat together with an allocated car parking space and store.  The flat is being sold by way of tender with a reserve price of £325,000.00 (i.e., any tender submission must be for a sum higher than the reserve price).

  Viewings will take place on:                Tuesday 26^th April between 1:00pm and 2:00pm

Thursday 5^th May between 12:00pmand 1:00pm

Tuesday 10^th May between 1:00pm and 2:00pm

Completed tenders clearly marked “TENDER FOR FLAT 1, TRAFALGAR HEIGHTS” should be submitted, sealed and deposited in the Tender Box situated at the offices of Land Property Services Limited NOT LATER THAN NOON ON FRIDAY 20^TH MAY 2022.

Tenders will remain sealed until after the closing date. Tenders delivered after the specified time and date will NOT be considered.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender and may accept any tender in part.
