The Minister for Culture, Fabian Vinet, wishes to congratulate all the dancers from diverse groups who participated (under the auspices of the Gibraltar National Dance Organisation) at this year’s World Dance Championships in Germany.

Mr Vinet commented: “The gold medals in the Children’s Duet discipline by Claire McGrail and Jordan Picardo are a tremendous and well-deserved achievement worthy of particular mention, but congratulations must also go to the recipients of trophies and indeed all our participants. They left for Germany in the hope of making Gibraltar proud and they have done precisely that. The positive results achieved at these World Championships once again highlight the high standards and dedication of our dancers and coaches. Well done to you all.”
