The Architectural Section
fulfils the role of in-house Architectural Consultant for the Government. The professional
services it provides can be broadly summarised as follows:
- The provision of Architectural Design Services to other Government Departments including
the preparation of designs, specifications, contract documents and details for the
refurbishment's and for all new Government capital works.
- The preparation and organisation of works programmes and the project management of
contracts.
- Advising the Building Control Section on Building Applications received with regard to
architectural matters.
