This section provides
advice to all Government departments on matters relating to computers and the use of I.T.
equipment. It is responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and running of the Government's
main frame computer and Network, and controls all expenditure in relation to purchasing of
IT equipments for all Government Departments.
This section is currently looking into the computerisation of all
Government Departments and the incorporation of the same into an integrated system.
