It is notified for general information that as from 26 June 2007 no new applicants have been eligible to apply for Qualifying (Category 3) or (Category 4) Individual status. The Category 3 and 4 Rules only continue to apply to individuals who were certificate holders under those two categories on or before 26 June 2007. |
